It was active in raising money for the Baptist Missionary Society, the Home Mission Fund, and general funds and for the specific purchase of a number of things including the blue carpet in the church and the blue pew runners. It met on alternate Wednesdays until some time in the late 1980s or early 1990s ( in the new church) |
